Santova Limited (SNV) disclosed significant securities transactions involving directors of its subsidiaries, Santova Corporate Services UK and Santova Logistics B.V. These transactions were conducted in adherence to the regulations outlined in paragraphs 3.63 – 3.74 of the JSE Listings Requirements and have received clearance under section 3.66 of the same regulations.

AKG Lewis, a director of Santova Corporate Services UK, made two noteworthy on-market sales of ordinary shares. On June 5, 2023, Lewis sold a total of 17,880 shares at a price of 950 cents per share, translating to a combined value of R169,860.00. The following day, June 6, 2023, Lewis conducted another transaction, selling 13,720 shares at the same price, resulting in a total value of R130,340.00.

In a separate transaction, V Boelens, a director of Santova Logistics B.V., engaged in an on-market purchase of ordinary shares. On June 7, 2023, Boelens acquired 50,000 shares at a price range between 941 cents and 962 cents per share, with a volume-weighted average price (VWAP) of 957.26 cents per share. The total value of Boelens’ purchase amounted to R478,623.00.

The transactions conducted by AKG Lewis and V Boelens have been classified as direct beneficial interests, indicating the directors’ personal involvement. These transactions adhere to the JSE Listings Requirements, which necessitate the public disclosure of significant director transactions.
