About Valterra Platinum

Valterra Platinum is a leading producer of platinum-group metals (PGMs), formed from Anglo American's platinum business (formerly Anglo American Platinum, or Amplats) as it was rebranded and separated from its parent. It mines and processes platinum, palladium, rhodium and associated metals from operations on South Africa's Bushveld Complex, and is one of the world's largest PGM producers. Listed on the JSE, Valterra's earnings are geared to PGM basket prices and the rand, so its profits swing with global metal prices and automotive demand for catalytic converters. It offers investors large-scale, integrated exposure to South African platinum-group-metals production.
