About Resilient REIT

Resilient REIT is a JSE-listed real-estate investment trust focused on dominant retail shopping centres, primarily in smaller South African cities and towns, together with an interest in the pan-European retail landlord NEPI Rockcastle. It owns and manages regional and community malls that serve as the primary retail destinations in their catchments. As a REIT, Resilient distributes most of its rental income to shareholders, and its earnings track retail-tenant health, footfall and trading densities, plus the value and income from its listed property investments. It offers focused exposure to defensive, non-metropolitan South African retail property and European retail through its NEPI stake.
