The programme, which involves the repurchase of ordinary shares in its capital as well as shares in the share capital of Naspers, saw a substantial volume of shares repurchased over a four-day period.

According to the latest update, between January 29, 2024, and February 2, 2024, Prosus repurchased a total of 5,769,435 Prosus Shares. These shares were acquired at an average price of €27.8839 per share, amounting to a total consideration of €160,874,483 (equivalent to approximately US$174,178,718).
