Presently, there are 9,000 trainees undergoing training in academies across the country, with a further 1,000 set to join in January 2024. By the end of the 2023/2024 financial year, a total of 10,000 recruits will have undergone training, paving the way for the incoming 2024/2025 cohort to begin their training in April 2024.
