Mr. Peter Surgey, the former Chairman of the Board, has officially stepped down from his position, along with his role as an independent non-executive director, effective February 15, 2024. Mr. Surgey was also a vital member of the Nominations and Remuneration Committee.

Appointment of Mr. André van der Veen as Chairman

Following Mr. Surgey’s resignation, Mr. André van der Veen, an existing independent non-executive director and member of the Nominations and Remuneration Committee, has been appointed as the new Chairman of the Board, effective from the same date. His resignation is effective from February 15, 2024.
