Key Directors Resign from Motus Holdings, Prompting Leadership Changes

Motus Holdings Limited announced the resignations of two prominent members of its board of directors, Ms Bridget Duker and Mr PJS (Smit) Crouse. The immediate effect of these departures, in compliance with the JSE Limited’s Listings Requirements, marks a significant change within the company.

Ms Bridget Duker, a highly respected independent non-executive director, tendered her resignation on June 28, 2023.
