Motus Holdings Limited announced the resignations of two prominent members of its board of directors, Ms Bridget Duker and Mr PJS (Smit) Crouse. The immediate effect of these departures, in compliance with the JSE Limited’s Listings Requirements, marks a significant change within the company.

Ms Bridget Duker, a highly respected independent non-executive director, tendered her resignation on June 28, 2023. Her tenure was characterized by invaluable contributions to the Motus Board, where she offered valuable insights and expertise. Meanwhile, Mr PJS (Smit) Crouse, who had previously announced his resignation, originally set for June 30, 2023, modified his departure to be effective immediately from June 28, 2023.
