In compliance with the JSE Limited Listings Requirements and Debt Listings Requirements, Exxaro Resources Limited informed shareholders that Ms Andiswa Ndoni, the outgoing Group Company Secretary, has decided to step down from her current role. However, she remains within the Exxaro Group, taking on the vital position of Chief Strategic Resilience and Governance Officer.

Appointment of Michelle Nana as Group Company Secretary

Simultaneously, the company has welcomed a seasoned professional, Michelle Nana, to take over the role of Group Company Secretary, effective May 1, 2024. Michelle Nana brings a wealth of experience to the position, boasting over 30 years of company secretary expertise across various geographical locations on the African continent and offshore.
