Blue Label Telecoms Limited has announced the appointment of Ms Happy Masondo as an independent non-executive director to its Board. Effective from 1st August 2023, Ms Masondo will also serve as a member of the company’s Social, Ethics, and Transformation Committee.
Bringing a wealth of experience and expertise to the table, Ms Happy Masondo is a highly qualified senior attorney and director, specializing in renewable energy projects, information technology projects, and public-private partnerships. With her legal and regulatory project management skills, she has successfully handled compliance tender documents, analyzed legal and regulatory requirements, and managed various projects in her field.
Prior to joining Blue Label Telecoms, Ms Masondo served as a non-executive director on the boards of Dis-Chem Pharmacies and Bright Light Solar VCC. Furthermore, she holds the esteemed position of a trustee at the Investec Entrepreneurship Development Trust, demonstrating her commitment to supporting and fostering entrepreneurship.
