Building upon his practical experience, Mr. Bester transitioned to consulting roles, where he spent 12 years contributing his expertise to various mining projects. Notably, in 2018, he assumed the position of Financial Director for an AltX listed mining company, where he also served as the Chief Operating Officer. During his tenure, Mr. Bester played a pivotal role in the company’s financial operations and made significant contributions to its overall success.
In pursuit of further knowledge, Mr. Bester pursued an M.Com in finance from the University of Johannesburg in 2019. This additional qualification further solidified his expertise in mining finance, allowing him to provide well-rounded insights and guidance in the field. Over the past four years, he has been actively involved in consulting within the mining industry, providing invaluable support in areas such as mining operations and financial matters.
