The company has successfully repurchased 2,448,880 Prosus shares between 29 May 2023 and 2 June 2023, demonstrating its commitment to enhancing shareholder value and confidence in its future prospects.

The repurchase program, initially announced on 27 June 2022, has been a strategic initiative undertaken by Prosus to strengthen its market position and optimize shareholder returns. The recent repurchase activity reflects an average share price of €63.6236, resulting in a total consideration of €155,806,531 (US$166,834,690).
