The repurchase program, initially announced on 27 June 2022, has been a strategic initiative undertaken by Prosus to strengthen its market position and optimize shareholder returns. The recent repurchase activity reflects an average share price of €63.6236, resulting in a total consideration of €155,806,531 (US$166,834,690).
