Between June 5, 2023, and June 9, 2023, Prosus acquired the shares at an average price of €65.8106 per share, resulting in a total consideration of €111,410,852 (US$119,483,247). The Repurchase Program, initially disclosed on June 27, 2022, remains open-ended, signifying Prosus’ intention to continue repurchasing shares in the future.
