Capital Appreciation Limited (CTA) has disclosed that several directors of the company and a director of a major subsidiary have participated in securities transactions in compliance with the JSE Limited Listings Requirements. The dealings involved the automatic vesting and sale of conditional share plan awards as part of the Capital Appreciation Conditional Share Plan.

According to the announcement, the transactions were carried out by directors of the Company, Alan Charles Salomon and Michael Reuven Pimstein, as well as a director of a major subsidiary, Michael Brian Shapiro. All transactions were conducted on the market following the vesting of the shares, while the delivery of the awards took place off-market.
