1nvest Fund Managers (PTY) Ltd, the investment manager of the 1nvest ETFs under the Scheme, has received approval from the JSE Limited for the listing of additional participatory interests. This announcement brings exciting opportunities for investors as two portfolios under the 1nvest ETFs, namely the 1nvest S&P500 Info Tech Index Feeder ETF and the 1nvest USD Short-Dated Treasury Index Feeder ETF, are set to expand their securities.

The listing of additional participatory interests is a significant development in the 1nvest ETFs’ growth trajectory. Starting from June 30, 2023, the 1nvest S&P500 Info Tech Index Feeder ETF will list an additional 143,000 participatory interests. This will increase the total issued number of securities to an impressive 35,562,500. Each security will be priced at 1,979 cents, offering investors an opportunity to diversify their portfolios and gain exposure to the S&P500 Info Tech Index.

Subsequently, on July 3, 2023, the 1nvest USD Short-Dated Treasury Index Feeder ETF will also list additional participatory interests. A total of 10,000 securities will be listed, raising the total issued number of securities to 6,303,500. Priced at 1,895 cents per security, this ETF provides investors with exposure to short-dated treasury instruments denominated in USD.

In another move aimed at expanding investment opportunities, the 1nvest S&P500 Info Tech Index Feeder ETF will list a further 600,000 participatory interests on July 3, 2023. This listing will result in a total issued number of securities of 36,162,500, with each security priced at 2,039 cents. The ETF focuses on providing investors with exposure to the S&P500 Info Tech Index, allowing them to capitalize on the growth potential of the technology sector.

1nvest Fund Managers acts as the investment manager for the 1nvest ETFs under the Scheme, while STANLIB Collective Investment (RF) Pty Ltd is the appointed manager of the portfolios under the STANLIB ETF Collective Investment Scheme. The Scheme is registered in the Republic of South Africa, adhering to the guidelines of the Collective Investment Schemes Control Act.
