1nvest Fund Managers (PTY) Ltd made a significant announcement regarding the listing of additional participatory interests and the partial redemption of certain securities. The JSE Limited has approved these actions, bringing changes to the portfolio of the STANLIB ETF Collective Investment Scheme.

Under the Scheme, the JSE Limited has granted approval for the listing of additional participatory interests for two portfolios managed by 1nvest Fund Managers. The additional securities are now available for trading on the exchange.

The first portfolio is the 1nvest S&P500 Info Tech Index Feeder ETF, with the share code ETF5IT and ISIN ZAE000255063. This ETF, focused on the S&P500 Information Technology sector, now offers 20,000 additional participatory interests at a price of 2,019 cents per security. After the listing, the total issued number of securities for this portfolio reaches 34,521,500.

The second portfolio is the 1nvest Global Government Bond Index Feeder ETF, with the share code ETFGGB and ISIN ZAE000255188. This ETF, providing exposure to global government bonds, has added 90,000 participatory interests to its offerings. The price per security for this listing is 8,758 cents, resulting in a total issued number of securities of 2,037,419.

In addition to the listing of additional securities, the JSE Limited has approved the redemption and delisting of participatory interests for the 1nvest SA Property Index Feeder ETF. This portfolio, identified by the share code ETFSAP and ISIN ZAE000279238, will undergo a partial redemption of 120,000 participatory interests at a price of 3,072 cents per security. The total issued number of securities for this portfolio will be adjusted to 15,933,000 following the redemption.
