Investec Bank Limited has announced its decision to exercise the option for early redemption of all IVC178 Notes. The redemption will take place in accordance with item 48 of the Applicable Pricing Supplement and the terms and conditions outlined in the Issuer’s Credit-Linked Note Programme, which was dated May 10, 2020.

The IVC178 Notes, identified by the JSE Stock Code IVC178 and the ISIN ZAG000169418, will be redeemed at a Redemption Amount per Note equivalent to the aggregate outstanding Principal Amount per Note, along with any accrued unpaid interest up to the Optional Redemption Date. The early redemption date has been set for July 9, 2023.

Investec Bank Limited has notified holders of the IVC178 Notes that the last day to register for the early redemption is June 29, 2023. It is crucial for holders to take note of this deadline to ensure their participation in the redemption process.
