Alphamin Resources Corp. (TSX-V: AFM, JSE: APH) has officially announced that its Annual General and Special Meeting of shareholders will take place on Tuesday, June 27, 2023. The meeting will be held at the Grandidieri Room, Perrieri Office Suites, in Grand Baie, Mauritius, starting at 5:00 p.m. local time.

Alphamin Resources Corp., which was incorporated on August 12, 1981, and is listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange Venture (TSX-V) and the Johannesburg Stock Exchange (JSE), has called this meeting to address significant matters related to the company’s operations.
