Spritz clients will be able to seamlessly link their credit cards, mortgages, student loans, and other monthly costs to their crypto wallet and make payments in USDC on the Polygon network.
Spritz Finance, a Web3 bill pay platform that allows DeFi users to simply pay their bills with crypto, revealed today a new product feature that allows clients to immediately pay their bills using crypto wallets such as Metamask using USD Coin (USDC). The feature is now live for Spritz private beta users on the Polygon Network.

According to Spritz Founder and CEO Chris Sheehan, the new feature would help the company’s goal of integrating decentralized and traditional finance.

“By leveraging the world’s top crypto wallets and stablecoins like USDC together, our Direct Wallet Pay release helps us bridge TradFi to DeFi in the most straightforward way possible,” he stated. “We’re one step closer to achieving our vision of connecting every smart contract and crypto wallet to real-world utility and bringing web3 personal finance to more people with less complexity,” he said.

With more than R933 billion USDC in circulation as of June 30, 2022, Circle’s USDC is a leading dollar digital currency that has become a fixture in DeFi and crypto capital markets.

Instead of converting to fiat and off-ramping to a bank, Spritz’s Direct Wallet Pay function allows users to leverage their USDC holdings and pay monthly expenses such as credit cards, utilities, home payments, and more with a trusted dollar digital currency.

Crypto holders and DeFi users on Polygon with US bill pay accounts are urged to join the Spritz waitlist by going to and requesting private beta access and joining the Spritz beta forum.

Customers may plan bill payments from their crypto wallets using the company’s first offering, eliminating the need to unwind positions or offramp through a bank. Spritz is currently in closed beta, with a waitlist that can be joined via the Spritz website.
